1. Multiplex-I Daily Multivitamin without added Iron

OsteoSheath®4 contains 1,221 mg of elemental calcium made up of the three most bioavailable forms of calcium available: Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite, Calcium Amino Acid Chelate, and Calcium Citrate.

The body gets the calcium it needs in two ways: by eating foods and/or taking supplements that contain calcium, and by drawing from calcium stored in the bones. If one does not eat enough calcium-containing foods, the body will remove calcium from the bones. Ideally, the calcium that is “borrowed” from the bones will be restored at a later point. This does not always happen, and when more calcium is borrowed than replaced, bones can become weaker, brittle, and prone to fracture.

The influence of strontium on bone metabolism has been researched since the 1950’s.

Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking a calcium supplement, as these minerals may compete with each other for absorption.

Known as the sunshine vitamin, one of the key roles of vitamin D is maintaining serum calcium and phosphorous balance. The body makes vitamin D by converting vitamin D2 to D3, or cholecalciferol, when exposed to sunlight. Vitamin D3 is also the form which the body derives from dietary cholesterol.
